I would have figured that the game would simulate your fingers sticking together by force-pressing neighboring keys for certain fingers as time goes on, causing you to have to backspace to fix it. That might be more fun and unique imo, especially if transformation and/or failure was tied solely to a timer, rather than mistakes made.

I too would love to type with qwertz layout.

This game does not consider QWERTZ keyboards. So, if you try to type in "Donkey", you will need to type in "Z" instead of "Y".
Yeah. I hadn't considered keyboard layouts other than QWERTY. I'll probably see if I can add an option for that.
there should be a way to just take text input correctly from any keyboard layout, I can't imagine there isn't
